This is just a fun and accessible building. The common areas are super trendy, comfy and really well taken care of. All in all, this is a great place in which to live. But honestly, knowing that you have all the amenities PLUS a manager/management who actually cares and has your back. This is just one of the things that makes this place a great place.

The apartment has really friendly tenants and staff. The location of the building is in a great neighborhood. I love the quiet building. Convenient laundry and fitness rooms avaliable on the first floor. I just moved in, but I love it so far.

I love Reside! Living here has been a positive and great experience! I look forward to renewing my lease every year. One of my favorite things about living in the building is the cleanliness of the building and the up to day amenties in each unit. I also love that the building promotes health and fitness by offering exercise classes at a great price!

This community has a friendly and safe feeling environment. It drew me in immediately, being a young 20 something year old who wanted to live somewhere safe. The key fob entry and electronic apartment key are both great indicators of safety. Moving in is never fun, but it's been great meeting other people and everyone here was very friendly to me while I was carrying random boxes around.

Best apartment I've had in Chicago by far. The lobby makes you feel like you're in a swanky apartment and everything is so clean and well lit. My apartment is great as well, and maintenance comes within a day if anything is wrong!

Love this place! Clean and quiet with a number of amenities that make life easier for me on the whole. The concierge and maintenance staff have also been very responsive to any questions or concerns I have had thus far.

Nice, clean, convenient place to live. Everything you would expect out of an apartment building. Have not had to wait for laundry, public transit right outside the door, easy neighborhood to park in. Despite being on a major street, don't really hear much noise from the 11th floor.
